Fish Stick Tacos

Ingredients

  • 20 frozen breaded fish sticks or fish nuggets
  • 10 tortillas - flour or corn
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 or 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup green salsa

Instructions

  1. Bake the fish according to package directions.

  2. Mix together the sour cream and green salsa. Set aside.

  3. Warm the tortillas.

  4. Make the tacos - fish, sauce, tomatoes, onions, & cabbage.

  5. You can add a splash of lime juice, guac, jalapenos or whatever else you desire.

  6. Eat!!
