Crockpot Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cans sliced peaches drained or 4 cups fresh
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon or more to taste
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray

  2. Mix the peaches together with the sugar and cinnamon. Pour into crockpot.

  3. Sprinkle cake mix over top of the peach mixture.

  4. Dot the top of the cake mix with slices of butter.

  5. Cook on high for 3.5 hours or until bubbling and golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
