September 2020 Theme:  Spells and Charms

The inside of this month’s box has the wave patterns of various spells so you can practice your magical moves!

Patronus Picture Frame

“Expecto Patronum” 5″ X 7″ photo frame with the doe patronum of Lilly Potter and Severus Snape.

Hogwarts House Washi Tape Set

This is a very cute set of 3 different washi tape rolls. One has the Gryffindor crest, one has cartoon caricatures of the Potter characters, and one says “Reparo” and has its wand wave pattern! I’ll be sure to use these if my spell casting fails and actual tape is needed!

Hogwarts House Candle Tin

A lovely candle with the Gryffindor crest on the side and “Incendio” on the top, so you know just what to do! Follow the wand wave pattern on the lid or use a match to light the candle, then sit back to consider your next spell session.

Hogwarts House Transparent Travel Bag​​​​​​​

This is a two piece Gryffindor themed travel bag set. The larger bag is clear vinyl with a zipper closure – no need to dig around inside to see where your toothbrush is located. The smaller bag is to practice your “Revelio” spell and the wand wave pattern is on the tag, just in case you have forgotten!

Eraser Wand

This is an eraser designed after Hermione Granger’s wand, which was made of vine wood with a Dragon heartstring core. This is definitely the cutest and most unique eraser I have owned! Writing mistakes be gone! Obliviate!!

Unicorn Pin

The Wizarding World Box has been having a Magical Creatures Pin Series and the newest one in the series is this pretty Unicorn Pin. Unicorns have many magical powers! Their horns are used in potions; their hair in wands and bandages. “The blood of a unicorn can be drunk in order to keep a person alive. However, the act of slaying a unicorn will cause the drinker to suffer a cursed life…”

House Ghost Charm

This little blue ghosty is the Gryffindor house ghost Sir Nicholas de Mimsy-Porpington, known to all as Nearly Headless Nick. The charm has a catch that you can use to attach Nick to your bag or purse. He glows in the dark if you hold him into a light long enough.

I thought the September 2020 Wizarding World Crate “Spells and Charms” was totally cute and filled with lots of useful items. There is almost always a tee shirt in these boxes but not this month. I will probably gift the picture frame but everything else will stay right here!
