The September 2016 Uncorked Box has a lighthearted Back To School theme!
Slant Collections “Wine Please” Bar Bell – $9.50
Ever get stuck with an empty wine glass and no one is paying attention?? Not any more! Get help fast with this very cute 3 1/4″ high X 3″ wide metal and plastic purple bartop bell that has a really bright “ding” when the black plastic flower button thingy is hit. Help is on the way!!
Kate Aspen “Sip and Scribble” Chalkboard Coasters (Set of 4) – $7.41
This is a set of 4 real chalkboard coasters that each have a pretty white scroll accent. They measure 3 1/2 inches square and have a stick of white chalk included for your writing pleasure. Would be great for party favors!
Slant Collections “Coffee is my Daytime Wine” 16 oz Travel Tumbler – $15.00
“Coffee is my Daytime Wine” is written on the side of this 16oz travel mug with slider lid. They got that right!! The lid screws on so it fits snugly and there’s even a fold-up handle! It has a double walled plastic interior to keep drinks warm/cold. Plastic exterior. This will be put to good use here! Cute saying and sturdy cup!
Kate Aspen “Sip and Scribble” Chalkboard Bottle Stopper – $6.45
This is a wine bottle stopper with a square chalkboard top. The stopper has some heft to it, though the chalkboard part feels kind of flimsy. The chalkboard is on a plastic base and the stopper has a rubber gasket to seal the bottle. Does not include chalk.
Twine “School Yard” Wine Glass Charms (Set of 6) – $8.49
Charms measure 1”x1” and the set includes a piece of chalk, though the charms are a bit small for traditional chalk. You would be better off using a chalk marker to make them readable at your party.
Slant Collections “Did I Buy Wine” Beverage Napkins (20 ct) – $6.73
And no party would be complete without some cute cocktail napkins! This set of 20 paper napkins are black and white – kind of like… a chalkboard – with a lime green color on the reverse.
The cost of the items in the September 2016 Uncorked Box added up to roughly $53.58 – a very good value for the price of the box! This month was pretty much party-related, as you wouldn’t use most of the products when you are sitting in front of the TV in the evening with your glass of chardonnay. But the coffee mug and napkins are great for every day and everything else was just cute and fun!
