This is a bag full of balloons with 3 filling nozzles. Each balloon has a plastic tube already inserted and they are tied together in bunches. You hook them up to a water source and you can fill 111 water balloons/minute. And the package says they are already tied. Looks like great fun for the kids in this July heat!
