January 2017 Mini Monthly Mystery Box of Awesome
The Cost: $9.99 per month (incl. shipping)
Each month, a select number of subscribers are randomly chosen to receive an extra cool item inside their Mystery Box of Awesome! (This applies to both Mini and Regular-size subscriptions.) This info sheet provided details on the surprise item in this month’s box and what’s upcoming for February!
Sourcebooks – 2017 Keep Calm and Color On Boxed Calendar ($13.85)
This boxed calendar features a different coloring page to complete and admire each day. It is the same one that was in the December Peaches and Petals box, but Sarah did that review so this one is mine! I love to color but sometimes I am so busy that I can’t face a whole page of a coloring book. These little pages are just perfect for a quiet interlude of decompressing from the day.
Airborne – Dual Action Beta-Immune Booster ($3.15)
This is a package of 4 chewable citrus flavored immune support supplement tablets, a one day supply. Plus it has anti-oxidant power. The active ingredient is a yeast fermentate. The expiration date is 3/17, so they were just under the wire with these!
Cthulha Knitted Ski Mask ($5.90)
Sarah and I had absolutely no idea what this ski mask was supposed to be, but my hubby knew it right away! I knew his sci-fi addiction would come in handy one day! Cthulhu is a fictional character created by writer H.P. Lovecraft. This knit ski mask resembles Cthulhu complete with tentacles. This goes to show you can purchase just about anything on Amazon!
The January 2017 Mini Monthly Mystery Box of Awesome had a rather odd collection of items but they still manage to send out something for me that exceeds the cost of the box ($9.99). No, it wasn’t the Cthulha mask! I wanted one of those coloring desk calendars as soon as I saw it in the December Peaches and Petals box, so now I have one of my own. Score!
Haha, this is by far the most interesting mix Ive seen!! Still all pretty awesome though 😉
What a crazy mix of stuff! Always a mystery! Thanks for sharing. kristiedonelson(at)gmail(dot)com Thank you.
This was pretty good this month! I’d love to send a box to my son just to make him go “Hmmmm”. I love the coloring book calendar.
