January 2016 Pipsticks Review, Coupon & Giveaway
Pipsticks is a sticker subscription service led by Maureen, a rad mom (of 4!) who is in love with all things stickers! Pipsticks exists to bring a monthly batch of joy to fellow sticker fanatics across the globe. Subscription packages are offered for both children and adults in two sizes! Packages ship twice a month and are shipped free within the US ($3 extra for international subscribers).
The Homespun Chics paid for this subscription and giveaway prize. This post contains referral links. All opinions are 100% our own.
January 2016 Pipsticks Pro Club
Monthly. Sticker. Subscription. Psshhh of course I’m going to subscribe to this! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I stumbled across Pipsticks on Instagram (I love Instagram). This is pretty much the coolest, most fun subscription ever in the history of anything.
I mean, who doesn’t love stickers??
There are subscription options just for kids AND adults! I was tempted to grab Little G a pack to review, but we already picked up a load of stickers from Michael’s during one of their (many) sales. So I selected the Pro Club Classic for myself... and I love that I can justify this reasoning without too much guilt.
 Subscription Plans:
Kid’s Club:  $14.95 per month     Kid’s Club Petite:  $9.95 per month
These stickers are curated just for kids and can be puffy, sparkly, scratch n’ sniff, you name it! — All of which are perfect for crafting or collecting in sticker books. Each month’s stickers are unique, engaging, and guaranteed to paint a smile on your little one’s face. Best part of all? They’re contained in child-friendly packaging!
Pro Club:  $14.95 per month      Pro Club Petite:  $9.95 per month
The “adult” stickers are perfect collections to use with planners, scrapbooking, snailmailing (and more!) and are sourced from all over the world. Each month’s stickers come in a gorgeous envelope and are packed with style and pizazz!
Shipping:
Sticker packs ship on the 1st and 15th of every month (which ever is closest to your sign up date)
SHIPPING to the U.S. is free! International Shipping costs an additional $3.00 per month.

I wasn’t kidding about the gorgeous envelope! This had to be the prettiest piece of mail I have ever received. The heart design is adorable and perfect for the upcoming Valentine’s season of looove.
I received a welcome letter from the Pipsticks team, which is filled with flattery, compliments, incentivized encouragement to showcase your sticker creativity PLUS an open invitation to contact Pipsticks with feedback so they can continue to offer the best stickers ever.
I’m going to call this a “newsletter,” although I’m sure it’s probably called something else. Sticking with the Valentine’s theme, this page has a cute Dr. Seuss quote on love, the M.A.S.H. game (holy moly), a recipe for Love in a Bowl (aka Roasted Beet + Tomato Soup), and more! This is printed on glossy paper and is more fun than a cat in a paper sack. Well, almost. 🙂
The Pro Club pack includes a blank postcard to decorate and send out! So cool!
The reverse side is precious PLUS it already includes postage! Right on! I love the detail on the top left corner. It reads, “This postcard is illustrated by someone very special & brought to you by www.pipsticks.com…”
The Pro Club pack also includes a blank quote card, which is seriously awesome. I love single page cards and feel this looks great as-is. (And will look even better with stickers adorning it!)
Korean Stickers!! I’m Korean! They’re Korean! It was meant to be. The Pippiday kawaii stickers are super adorbs and feature a little ginger-haired girl doing random activities with kitty cats! Meow!
The Wedding Story Deco Sticker sheet is really cute, but (I feel like an idiot saying this) I cannot figure out how these are actually stickers. When Little G and I tried to peel them off, the sticky part was on the clear backing sheet and the white “sticker” was just a piece of plastic. I’m really confused and am bummed that I am incapable of figuring out what I did wrong. Korean fail.
Children’s Toys clear stickers! Little G and I have already begun putting these stickers in my planner. He loves looking at all the vintage toys and pictures. These are great!
Pink kawaii piglet stickers – I could be wrong, but these have got to be from Japan. Not only are they perfect for Valentine’s Day, but they’re also the cutest stickers I have ever seen. Oh my gersh, I wanna squeesh these little cuties!
Both of these sheets are pretty darn cool. I love the variation between the incredibly feminine love stickers on the left and the ultra pop-style on the right. Jonathan likes the pop-style the best.
What is Valentine’s Day without sparkly hearts??
It was very difficult to get the sparkles to show up on the red stickers, but they are super glittery without being messy glittery. The sparkle is part of the sticker itself and not applied on top, which is a huge win for this girl. Also worth noting, the red heart stickers are see-through once applied! It makes a great effect in my planner!
Candy heart stickers!! Most of my friends think this is the worst candy ever, but I am OBSESSED with them. It’s only natural that this sheet of stickers is my most prized possession this month.
These tiny pastel hearts are too cute. They remind me of the awesome sticker earrings I had as a little girl. (Holler if ya hear me!)
Lastly, we have some really sweet “miscellaneous” stickers that I found floating about in the envelope! I am in love with that ornate red heart and think the roses are gorgeous. The half dozen loose stickers would be perfect for scrapbooking but alas, I am the worst scrapbooker probably in history. I have tried and failed several times so I will be figuring out somewhere else to put them.
My Thoughts
I knew I would love receiving an envelope packed with stickers… but didn’t realize how much I’d yearn for another envelope to come the next month. The entire subscription package was a gift in and of itself, is well-crafted and perfectly curated to suit my tastes. My only disappointment was in the Korean wedding stickers, but again, it could just be my stupidity. (Someone please help me!) I feel this subscription holds a great value in terms of overall curation, variety of included items, presentation, and uniqueness of the stickers (you can’t pick these up at your local box store).
I was originally anticipating only purchasing one month and then unsubscribing (which I did), buuuut I just logged back into my account and reactivated my subscription — because I’m a subscription junkie… and I am obsessed with all things cute, sparkly, and “functional” for use with paper products. I mean, stickers are totally functional. Right. I can work with that.
Want to try it out for yourself? Be sure to use code STICKER15 at checkout to receive 15% off any subscription!! Cancellation (and reactivation) is super simple, so go ahead and get your sticker on!
