- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
Garlic Dijon Sauce
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup) melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill

Cut 4 12X12" pieces of foil and set aside.
-
Brush salmon and shrimps on all sides with the olive, then season with salt, pepper, and half of the dried herbs.
-
Make the sauce by stirring all of the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.

Create the foil packets by placing one piece of salmon on each piece of foil. Top each with shrimps. Drizzle with half of the sauce, saving the other half for later. Fold the foil over the fish and pinch the edges to prevent leaking.
-
Grill the foil packets over medium high heat with the salmon side down for 10 minutes, then flip the packets and grill with the shrimp side down for another 5 minutes.
-
Drizzle with reserved sauce when plated.
