First peek at the December 2016 Allure Beauty Box! Looks like six beauty products that include skin care, hair care and a full size cosmetic.
The December 2016 Allure Beauty Box theme is:
The Big Chill
Along with the monthly beauty products curated to the theme, they include a great mini-mag that contains “product reviews and tips to help you get the best results from your samples.”
Coastal Salt & Soul – Heavenly Hand Cream in Blushing Peony 1 oz Full Size ($10)
This is a fast-absorbing hand cream that smells just like a fresh-picked peony. It contains shea butter, avocado oil, jojoba oil, and cucumber & aloe extracts to nourish, hydrate, protect and soothe dry hands. Did I mention that it smells SO good?! It is supposed to be non-greasy but I must have put too much on. So be aware that a little goes a long way. A good reason why this little 1 oz tube is full size!
European Wax Center – Oh My Brow! Brow Highlighter Crayon in Pearl Full Size .07 oz ($19)
I have been using one of these crayon highlighters for several months and I really love how versatile it is. The champagne color blends easily to highlight your brow bone of course, but there are so many other ways to enhance your appearance with this highlighter! Use it over the top of your cheek bones, dab it on the inner corners of your eyes, or even on your Cupid’s bow to give a bit of a lip-plumping effect.
Tula – Advanced Neck Cream sample size .5 oz ($17.18)
This is a super-hydrating neck cream to lift, firm, and moisturize the delicate skin on your neck and upper chest. It targets visible signs of aging with a probiotic complex, shea butter, jojoba-seed oil, safflower seed oil, vitamins C & E, plus turmeric.
Embryolisse – Laite-Creme Concentre sample size .17 oz ($1)
This is a paraben-free, fast absorbing facial moisturizer that is unscented and non-greasy. The main ingredients are shea butter, beeswax, aloe vera, and soy proteins.
Beauty Blender – Liquid Blendercleanser sample size 1 oz ($3.60)
This is a soy-based cleaner designed for your makeup sponges and brushes so you can get them clean without making them crunchy or making them shed.
Kevin Murphy – Hydrate-Me Wash sample size 1.4 oz ($5.38)
This is a good-smelling sulfate-free shampoo that lathers up well and makes my hair feel clean without stripping the color from it. A super smoothing and hydrating wash for normal to dry hair that has Kakadu plum, an antioxidant, as a key ingredient.
The retail value of the beauty products in the December 2016 Allure Beauty Box came to roughly $56.16 so the box was a very good value for the money spent. Two were full size and the rest samples. Receiving a brush cleaner was new to me and all the other items were also very useful.
Did you get the December 2016 Allure Beauty Box? What did you think?
Thank you for all you do.
I like the color of that brow highlighter!
