Crockpot Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix
This is the kind of dessert I love – put it all in the crockpot, set the timer, and serve it up hot and delicious after dinner. With vanilla ice cream, of course! The topping texture ends up a bit mushier than if it was baked in the oven, but I’ll take a softer texture over heating up my kitchen in the middle of summer.
