Beautybox Five is a little monthly favorite of mine! They promise 5 beauty samples in each box for a very affordable price, free shipping, and starting at $12/month. If you pay for a quarterly subscription, the price drops to $30 and for a whole year subscription it drops down to $99. Pretty sweet!

This review is for the December 2015 box and I was again pleased with the mix of items. Included is a handy little product information card that is so helpful in detailing each product, especially for someone like me who is not all that savvy about beauty products!

Ofra Shimmer Eye Shadow Godet Refill in Iron – Full Size ($12)

This is an eye shadow refill for use in palettes and kits. It is highly pigmented shimmery shade with a long lasting effect and can be applied with a brush, wet or dry.

Beauty Box 5 Blender Brush – Full Size ($10)

For applying eye shadow, such as the one above, to make your product application flawless.

Prestige Cosmetics Total Intensity Eyeliner in Deepest Black – Full Size ($5.95)

Long lasting intense color gives a bold accent to your lashline!

So Fresh So Clean Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes –25 towelettes travel size ($2.99)

Hypoallergic and non-oily, these quilted towelettes easily remove dirt, oil and makeup, then cleanse deep down to the pores.

The value of the items in this December box adds up to about $53.00, once again much more than the subscription cost. Four of the five products were full size. The cost per item, with 5 items in a $12.00 box, comes to $2.40 each so basically you are paying a bit more than pennies apiece for the contents. I look forward to next month’s box!
